He worked his way into the playing rotation late, though, and put himself in position to earn a role as a senior. The Spartans would like to see Schilling make the same junior-to-senior jump that Matt Costello made this year. He hit some shots, too, but MSU needs him to be a better drive and decision maker as a senior.
